Upcoming January 2009, St. Dominic Primary School will be celebration 20 years in

"Building Our Island's

Nation Through Quality Education"

St. Dominic Primary School opened its doors unofficially in August 1988. It wasn't until January 1989, that the school was officially opened. The school was originally a "Dutch" school with the language of instruction being Dutch. Gradually, the "Dutch System" was phased out by the new "English System".

Today, St. Dominic Primary School is a full fuctioning school with English as its language of instruction with Dutch as a second language subject.
